Welcome to Embellish Kickboxing Academy, a local gym offering a family-oriented martial arts and fitness community dedicated to making a positive impact in Elk Grove, California. Our professional instructors are passionate about helping students achieve their goals, both inside and outside the gym, through a comprehensive curriculum that includes beginner martial arts, advanced Kickboxing/Muay Thai, self-defense, and all fitness level group strength training programs.

At Embellish Kickboxing Academy, our professional instructors with over 25 years of experience go beyond teaching self-defense. They also focus on character development, discipline, concentration, and confidence-building through various martial arts classes, group strength training classes, and health & fitness challenges.

We offer classes for the whole family, starting with classes for kids ages 3-5 years and up, all the way to teen and adult Muay Thai/Kickboxing classes. Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience, our team is committed to guiding you every step of the way on your martial arts and/or fitness journey.
