Talk to a doctor when it makes sense
Martial arts and kickboxing are physical activities. If you or your child have an injury, a health condition, or have been away from exercise for a while, have a conversation with a doctor before starting. Tell your coach at Embellish Kickboxing Academy too, so we can adjust the work.

Any results, progress, or experiences described on this site belong to the individual students who lived them. They are honest examples, not promises about what will happen for you or your child. Effort, attendance, and starting point all change the outcome.
