What this site collects

The only personal information this website collects is what a parent, guardian, or adult student types into the One Week Pass signup form. That is the adult's name, phone number, and email address, and, when the student is a child, the child's first name and age.

Embellish Kickboxing Academy uses that information for one thing: to schedule and run your One Week Pass, and to answer you about it. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.

Children

Our programs serve children, but this website is built for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site. The adult is always the user. If you believe a child submitted information here on their own, email embellishkba@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Analytics and advertising tools

This build uses two outside tools, and only these two:

• Google Analytics, which tells us which pages and programs people look at.
• Meta Pixel, which measures whether our ads reach people who are looking for classes like ours.

Both are on when you arrive, and you can turn either one off at any time. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt out before anything loads, and neither tool runs. Google Consent Mode is set to match whatever choice applies to you.

Cookies and your choices

Necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing cookies are on by default, and you can turn them off whenever you want using the Your Privacy Choices button in the footer of every page. Your choice is saved in your browser, and we do not override it later.

California residents

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and the right to ask us to delete it. Email embellishkba@gmail.com or call (916) 360-0758 and we will take care of it. Embellish Kickboxing Academy does not sell or share personal information for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. We will not treat you differently for asking.

How long we keep it

We keep signup information as long as we are working with your family, and we delete it on request. Ask any time.
